You can train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Submission Wrestling for you grappling game. You can also train Boxing, Muay Thai, and Capoeira for you stand up fighting techniques. We also offer training in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) classes. In the MMA classes you can put together all the techniques and train in our full sized octagon. And if MMA is your main interest you will feel right at home at Derby City because we are the home of the Louisville MMA Fight Team. Capoeira is also great for increasing you strength, flexibility, agility, and stamina. We are the only Capoeira club in Louisville. For children we offer Tae Kwon Do classes for ages 5 - 13. Tae Kwon Do is perfect for children. It teaches discipline, integrity, hard work, self worth, and a good attitude. It also helps to strengthen the body and improve self confidence. We also offer Capoeira classes for children between the ages of 5 - 13. Capoeira will teach balance and help to improve overall athletic ability. It will also help to develop a base for further martial arts training.
